In this panel we will present this new phase of Warner Music Group, where the publisher and the record company work together, enhancing projects by working creatively together with audiovisual partners. We will present some Brazil, Latin and US cases and close with a dynamic negotiation involving the audience. Being able to delve more actively into the "behind the scenes" aspect of a sync negotiation.

With a Bachelor's degree in Literature from Uerj in 1998, a postgraduate degree in marketing and a Music Supervision course from Berklee On Line, she began working at Warner Chappell in 2000 as a Copyright Assistant. She currently works as Director of Strategic, Commercial, Films and Synchronization, dealing directly with record labels, film producers, advertising agencies and brands, in addition to being active with the company's A&R team in capturing big-name composers such as Emicida, , Diogo Nogueira, Jorge Benjor, Gloria Groove and Criolo. Winner of the 2020 Best Music Entrepreneur Award by WME.”

During her time at WCM, Nuñez has helped solidify Warner Chappell music publishing as a creative powerhouse, presenting unique and exciting ways to breathe new life into the company’s storied catalog. Over the past year, she’s continued to land high-profile sync placements for the publisher. Recently, she spearheaded a sync summit in Colombia to provide more visibility and strength in how publishers, labels, and the industry at large can collaborate better together in service of songwriters, producers, and artists. In the next six months, Nuñez will continue to focus on creating sync experiences that bring a unique mix of lyrics and musical variables.
Camila Ferraz | Palestrante
Camila Ferraz began her career in the audiovisual market and later found her true passion in the music industry. The executive brings with her solid experience in management and production assistance for DVDs and successful stints at international record labels, such as BMG. During her career, she contributed to structuring synchronization operations in Mexico and Brazil, consolidating herself as a leader in the sector. In July 2023, he began his journey as an addition to the Warner Music commercial team, bringing his passion for music and negotiation and licensing skills.

Ma´rio Di Poi is a highly experienced post-production audio professional with over 25 years of experience. As a co-founder of INPUT POST, he has made significant contributions to the industry, specializing in re-recording mixing, foley, sound editing, ADR, and music supervision. He serves as a mentor at SXSW and is the president of the Guild of Music Supervisors in Brazil. Ma´rio's extensive experience has led him to work on numerous multi-award-winning projects worldwide, including for Netflix and Disney. He is a highly sought-after professional in the field, with global recognition and acclaim.
Sinéad Hartmann | Palestrante
Sinéad Hartmann, began her career in film at Hans Zimmer’s Media Ventures Pictures, working closely with Director Werner Herzog. She later transitioned to Remote Control, coordinating scores for films such as Catwoman and Poseidon. After joining BMG she played a key role in shaping BMGPM. Since May 2021, Sinéad has been at Warner Chappell, leading Licensing and Music Creative for Production Music across multiple regions. Sinéad brings extensive expertise in film and music, blending them seamlessly for compelling visual storytelling.
