As well as having a profound economic impact, the audiovisual industry is also a vector of innovation that feeds and influences our worldview, values and beliefs. However, given the profound transformations the sector has undergone in recent years, it is necessary to change mentality, readjust expectations, review assumptions and business models in order to boost growth. How have companies in the sector structured themselves and innovated to remain sustainable? How can we grow in a scenario of risk aversion, global recession, the attention economy and an abundance of content? Is there a new business model? How can these experiences help us build a solid and mature industry for the long term? What are the prospects for the future of the industry in Brazil and on the global stage?
