Karen Castanho is the founding partner of Biônica Filmes, responsible for structuring, financing and negociating Bionica's films. Karen is also in charge of Biônica’s national and international co-productions. She has a vast network of partners and sponsors which enables Biônica Filmes to have long-lasting agreements. Her negotiation skills, transparency and search for excellence resulted in important partnerships such as Mauricio de Sousa Produções, with whom Biônica Filmes produced several films. With over 20 productions in her filmography, Karen is part of the Paradiso Talent Network, as well as the Berlinale Talents and the More Women association.

Têm Dendê Produções
Vânia Lima writes, produces and directs audiovisual content with an interest in traveling stories and the identity of the Brazilian people. She heads the content and strategy area at Grupo Têm Dendê, of which she is a founding partner, a reference in audiovisual production and intellectual property management with a portfolio of more than 50 titles shown in Brazil, Costa Rica, USA, Denmark and Panama. She is currently a member of the main committee of the Superior Cinema Council (CSC), Advisor to BRAVI, founding member of CONNE, participates in + Mulheres and is part of the Audiovisual Production and Exhibition Technical Chambers with ANCINE.
Adriana Silva | Palestrante
With more than 24 years of experience in television, she has worked for major broadcasters and production companies in Brazil. Graduated in Radio and TV from Metodista University, she began her career in 1997, producing entertainment programs and soap operas. In 2006, at TV Bandeirantes, she headed the Department. of Dramaturgy and, subsequently, took over the Production Board. With experience in national and international productions of different genres and formats, since 2011 he has been leading the production of Floresta projects
Axel Kuschevatzky | Palestrante
Argentine producer, screenwriter and journalist, he is known for outstanding productions such as 'The Secret in Their Eyes' (Oscar), 'Wild Tales' and 'Argentina, 1985' (Oscar nominees), 'Dive' (International Emmy), 'Paulina' (Cannes) and 'The Clan' (Best Director at Venice). With more than 80 feature films produced in various countries, he has collaborated with filmmakers such as Alejandro Amenábar, Pedro Almodóvar, among others, and actors such as Antonio Banderas, Gael García Bernal, Viggo Mortensen, Alec Baldwin. He is CCO of Infinity Hill, responsible for the BBC series 'Staged', starring Michael Sheen and David Tennant, with appearances by Cate Blanchett, Ewan McGregor, Judi Dench, among others.
