Known for the plurality and magnitude of its fans and for welcoming plurality, Flamengo's new cultural facility could not be any different. Awarded the Design for a Better World prize, the Flamengo Museum's Accessibility project's mission is to present the theoretical content produced by the club's Heritage team, through its educational team, and by MUDE Brasil, using transversal, accessible, physical and digital design to tell the story of love and passion of the "most beloved" to EVERYONE with the same emotion. In this panel, we will learn how this inclusive, educational and multi-sensory experience was created and its impact.

Guilherme Tardelli | Palestrante
Guilherme Tardelli is a researcher in the field of museum education and is a member of the Historical Heritage Department of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. Since 2019, he has been studying sports as a pedagogical tool, having participated in the founding of the Flamengo Museum Educational Program - a program recognized in 2023 with the Darcy Ribeiro Prize for Museum Education.

Experienced executive with a strong background in Strategy, Sports Management, Business Processes, Enterprise Risk Management, People Management and Technology. He has a degree in Data Processing from PUC, an MBA in Business Management from FGV and a specialization in Information Systems from Berkeley University UCLA. He is currently the founding partner and CEO of MUDE Brasil. MUDE (Museums, Digital & Entertainment) has over 20 years' experience in architecture and content design, production and construction of museums, themed spaces and interpretation centers. Its know-how involves design and management: creativity to surprise and professional management to develop viable and sustainable projects.
Ulrich Palhares | Palestrante
Pedagogue graduated from the National Institute of Education for the Deaf, teacher of Libras and translator/interpreter of Libras and International Signs. He is a member of the Historical Heritage Department of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. He is a researcher in the fields of bilingual education, linguistics, politics and deaf education.
