We will also evaluate the opposite path: artists who are born in games, with targeted composition, and reach the big stages.

Champion of the reality show "Looking For A Streamer", Will discovered his vocation for entertainment and found that his passion for games could become a job. His experience has taken him to the biggest stages in e-sports, such as Free Fire, E-football and the Esports Brasil Award, signing partnerships with brands such as Lenovo, Santander, YouTube, TNT Sports, Warner Play, Afro Games, Ei Games, Player 1, Final Level, Garena, Riot Games, Good to Game, BBL Sports and Konami. In 2023 he debuted "BLACK BOX", his e-sports talk show, which had its first season on Woohoo Brasil.

CEO of MIBR, the biggest e-sports team in Latin America. A Brazilian global brand with millions of fans around the world. With 7 teams playing 4 different games, MIBR is present in the major e-sports tournaments around the globe and is a reference in investing in women in gaming. Co-creator and former CEO of Game XP, the world’s first game park that, since 2017, brought together more than 10 million people in its events. Former Head of Business Development and CFO at Rock in Rio, helped produce the world’s biggest music festival in Rio de Janeiro, Lisbon and Las Vegas. Served as CEO, CFO, head of business development and commercial director in leading organizations in Brazil, Italy and the USA.

Eric, 31 years old, holds a degree in Accounting Sciences from UFRJ and an MBA in Business from FGV. With over 10 years of experience in Innovation consulting, Design Thinking, and Branding. He entered the music world by creating an advertising agency with the aim of representing Mainstreet artists in the market. Today, in addition to being a partner at the agency, he creates and manages special projects for Mainstreet.
