"Since 2012 immersed in various environmental agendas, with a master's degree from the New School For Social Research in NY, Juliana found in Food Systems the place for action towards a more conscious and positive world. Founder and Director of Bioma Food Hub since 2019 and alongside various impact initiatives, Juliana now navigates the universe of innovation working with entrepreneurs and enthusiasts, whether making connections, proposing new businesses, or investigating how we can transform our Food Systems for the health of people, the planet, and positive businesses.

Rodrigo Visentini joined Unilever in Supply Chain as an intern, and worked in several areas such as Purchasing, Planning & Customer Service. He spent almost 14 years of his 20 years at Unilever. When Mãe Terra became part of the company's brands, the executive integrated the operation. He also led areas in Trade Marketing, CD and Marketing. Rodrigo is now Nutrition and Marketing Leader in Brazil. Rodrigo was also a professional swimmer and has won prizes in breaststroke in Brazil, and in Italy as well.

Multidisciplinary professional with a master's degree in Sustainability Science from PUC-Rio, with experience in various areas, mainly in corporate sustainability, innovation, and business management. Has in-depth knowledge of the food and agricultural system, with a focus on sustainable innovation. Experienced as a consultant in strategy and sustainability management for the furniture industry. Worked as a mentor for startups on topics such as sustainable business modeling, storytelling, and pitch development. Currently, he is Head of Projects and Partnerships at Thought for Food, an international NGO focused on developing innovations for the food system.
