With more than 15 years in the creative and marketing industry, Karan Novas is graduated in Journalism and served as editor and content director in players such as About, Propmark and "Reclame" (Multishow), in addition to presenting radio shows on 89FM, Kiss FM and Mix Rio. In 2017, he created Tulom, which support of some of the main agencies, production companies and other player's reputation in the advertising industry in Brazil. Specialist in branded content and PR, he usually participates in the main creativity festivals, such as Cannes Lions and SXSW, having served as a jury and speaker at events such as London Awards, Lisbon, El Ojo, HackTown, Digitalks and Festival do Clube, among others.

Leandro Conti is the Global Corporate Affairs VP at Hotmart at Hotmart, a global technology company focused on the Creator Economy. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic communications and corporate affairs, working in leadership positions at multinational companies such as UnitedHealth Group, Syngenta, Bayer, Philip Morris and Nextel. Leandro has a degree in communications from Universidade Metodista in Brazil.

Nicole Pappon is a 26 year old businesswoman with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. Above all, she is the owner of Grapa Digital, one of the major players in the influencer management and digital marketing business in Brazil. She has been working in the field since she was 21 and has extensive experience in the influencer market. Her tenure at one of the country's leading agencies ensured her relationships with companies like Adidas, L'Oréal, and Coca-Cola, as well as connections with the major influencers and clients in Brazil. Today, nearly 4 years later, Nicole Pappon is part of the most influential people in the country under 30 – the Forbes Under 30 and manages a company with over 30 employees.
