Agostinho Villela has worked in IT for over 35 years, with extensive leadership and hands-on experience in both software (systems and application) and hardware. He is currently the CTO and Engineering VP of Scala Data Centers, reporting to the COO. In addition, Agostinho is Scala's Sustainability Ambassador. Agostinho was previously an IBM Distinguished Engineer, IBM Latin America Innovation Director, and IBM Innovation Studio WW Co-CTO, is a co-author of a patent w/ the US PTO on cybersecurity (device fingerprinting) and another patent on caching for voice-based assistants, is the founder, and visiting professor on Rapid Innovation at Fundação Dom Cabral Business School.

Nataly is the Investor Relations and Communications Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at Circulate Capital, the leading circular economy investment management firm in high-growth markets. Over the past 10 years, she has successfully devised and implemented strategic initiatives at Dow Chemical Company in commercial, marketing, and sustainability areas. Active in the LGBTQIA+ community, Nataly values diversity and inclusion. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de América, Colombia, and is certified in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Nataly is Colombian and resides in São Paulo.
