Bruna Pastorini | Mentora
One of the main female names linked to the Brazilian Gamer scene, Bruna Pastorini is a partner and Chief Strategy Officer at DRUID Creative Gaming, the first advertising agency in the market focused on Games founded in 2020. Gamer, executive and expert in matters related to Web3, eSports and innovation, the professional has 14 years of experience in advertising, including major agencies between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Today he is responsible for creating strategies to major brands in the world of games, such as Itaú, Submarino, Epic Games, O Boticário, and also has won important marketing and creativity awards such as Effie Awards and Smarties Brazil (MMA).
Emanuelly Araujo (@vulgoafronauta) | Palestrante
Emanuelly Araujo, aka Afronauta, is an Advertising Professional, Visual Artist and Game Developer with a degree in Advertising from Universidade Federal Fluminense. With more than 2 years of experience in the Game Development area, she has worked in different modalities, from Game Design and Production to Art and Sound. In her career, she has participated in the development of more than 15 independent games and in "DJUFF", a gamedev group from UFF, an Expocom National Award (the biggest Communication award in Brazil) in Game Writing, a stint at Dumativa Game Studio, the “Songs For a Hero” studio, participation in KaBuM!’s #mulheresnogame squad, among other experiences.
Carolina Caravana | Palestrante
Carolina Caravana is a passionate educator, graduated from EBA/UFRJ, and is also a partner and producer at Aiyra, a game development company in Niterói. With 15 years of experience in games and technology, she has held various roles in game development. Her journey includes serving as a jury in national and international game competitions, as well as participating as a professional guest in academic panels. She stands out for her contribution to the training of dozens of industry professionals. Besides being one of the founders of Abragames' Diversity Council, she currently holds the position of vice president of the association and continues her commitment to inclusion and diversity in the industry.
Marcel Vedrossi | Palestrante
Marcel Vedrossi holds a degree in Economics with several specializations and an MBA. He started his career in a NGO before officially entering the corporate world as an Credit Analyst at Lenovo. He was an International Trainee at the Swedish company NEFAB, working at the headquarters and later assigned as a procurement manager upon his return to Brazil. He served as the Investor Relations Manager at Bematech, staying until its capital closure. He worked as a controller and in FP&A at Schneider Electric. Today, he is the Manager of Investor Relations, Marketing, and Press Communication at Oliveira Trust, a leading digital financial platform in solutions for fund administration and fiduciary services.

Luca Alves | Mentora
Luca Alves, with technical training in Game Programming from NAVE-Rio and studying Control and Automation Engineering at PUC-Rio. His career has encompassed game development since 2015, as well as his work as a teacher and coordinator of AfroGames, a social project dedicated to training young people from favelas in the areas of GameDev and e-Sports. Committed to inclusion and diversity, Luca has since played a significant role as an educator for AfroReggae, contributing to the development of representative games and the formation of educated and empowered young people.
Susanna Lira | Mentora
Susanna Lira is a filmmaker, with a postgraduate degree in Philosophy, International Law and Human Rights, with a specialization in criminal biopolitics. She is a Master's student in Psychoanalysis. She has directed 18 feature films and dozens of short films and series, accumulating more than 80 awards at festivals in Brazil and abroad. Her works were exhibited in special exhibitions dedicated to her career in Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.

Mirella is Marketing Director at the OLX Group, leading the growth marketing strategy of the largest online classifieds in the country: OLX, ZAP Imoveis, and Viva Real. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, she has worked for large technology companies such as B2W and Uber, but also for Startups and consumer goods brands.
Ana Abreu | Mentora
Ana Abreu is involved with prominent channels such as GNT, Globo, Prime Video, Nat Geo and Futura, among others. Her recent works include the documentary series "Deixa Ela" (GNT), which she created, wrote, and directed, as well as the screenplay for the documentary "Filho da Mãe" (Prime Video) about Paulo Gustavo. Ana has also contributed to "Boas Vindas" (honorable mention at NY Festivals, 2020), "Cozinha do Amanhã" (bronze medal at NY Festivals, 2019), "Eu Sou Assim" (nominated for the International Emmy Awards, 2018) and "Quintal TV"(nominated for the International Emmy Awards, 2023).
