Edu Paulsen leads The Players' Tribune in Latin America. Specializing in the commercial development of sponsorship properties, he has amassed a solid professional background with notable stints at Dream Factory Sports and Esporte Interativo, where he was part of the channel's select group of executives, and Turner. In 2017, in partnership with the then Country Manager, he was responsible for bringing Minute Media's operation to Brazil. Over the past 3 years, he has served as Country Manager, playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the operation in the country. Currently, as the leader in Latin America, Edu Paulsen heads the renowned American brand The Players' Tribune.
Leonora Guedes | Palestrante
Master in Tourism (UNB), Specialist in Tourism Training and Planning (UFG) and graduated in Tourism Administration (UCG). She has over twenty years of experience in the project area where she gained experience in team management. Intense experience in the public sector. Extensive knowledge in promoting and supporting the marketing of tourist destinations. She was in charge of organizing events in Brazil and abroad. Coordinated and executed projects in various areas, with public sector and private entities. She is Partner and CEO of Sertões, a multi-sport platform that promotes Brazil through endurance events.

Giovana Aleixo is the Executive Director of Projects at Octagon Latam, a sports marketing and entertainment agency owned by Ronaldo Nazário. She has been managing projects for over six years, where she has also served as coordinator and manager. Giovana has led projects with major brands such as Nike, Adidas, RedBull, TIM, Méqui, and UFC, and currently works directly with Mastercard and Centauro, as well as on specific projects. She believes that providing the best consumer experience results in growth and visibility for the brand. Giovana has over 14 years of experience, with previous roles at ACE Aceleratech, the Organizing Committee for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and Rede Globo.
