Alvaro Garcia Junior, 48 years old, married to Patricia and João's father. Graduated and postgraduate in Business Administration from FGV, with almost 30 years of experience in marketing, sales and innovation in multinational and national companies such as Tec Toy, Kellogg's , Diageo and Grupo Boticário. Since 2020 he has been the Vice President of Marketing at Mondelez Brasil.

Renata Gomide, Vice President of Consumer at Grupo Boticário Renata Gomide holds a degree in Business Administration from FAAP, a degree in Marketing from ESPM, and an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV. Since 2015 at Grupo Boticário, Renata has been in charge of the development of the Eudora brand, led the Quem Disse, Berenice? business unit, and held the position of Executive Director of Branding and Communication for all consumer brands within the Group. In 2022, the Vice President took on the new role with the mission to keep on contributing to the creation of the best and largest beauty ecosystem for the world.
