Alexandre Freeland | Moderador
Alexandre Freeland has 28 years of experience in newsrooms and communication agencies. He was editorial director of the newspaper O DIA and director of Strategic Projects for the newspapers O Globo and Extra. At DIA, he won an honorable mention from the World Association of Newspapers (WAN) for best editorial action for training young readers. At O Globo, he led the project “50 Years of Man on the Moon in Augmented Reality”, awarded the Latam Digital Media Award. He has twice won the Esso Award. In corporate communication, at InPress Porter Novelli, he has been working in crisis management since 2012, for retail, food, communication, steel, energy and mobility companies.
Raquel Virginia | Palestrante
Raquel Virgínia is CEO of Nhaí!, a startup aimed at including the LGBTQIAP+ community in the economy. She is a trans, black woman, born and raised on the outskirts of São Paulo. Its work is developed through innovative partnerships with major brands to boost diversity in companies. She has a degree in History from USP, is a member of the Sustainability committee of the UN Global Compact, winner of the 2023 Caboré Prize and received the prestigious Women To Watch 2023 honor, granted by Meio & Mensagem. Raquel is a singer and was nominated twice for a Latin Grammy, being the first transgender woman to achieve this feat. She was also the first trans woman to sing at the UN headquarters in New York.
Helen Pedroso | Palestrante
Helen is the CSR and Human Rights Director at L’Oréal in Brazil. She holds a degree in Psychology from PUC-SP, an MBA in Health Management from FGV-Rio, as well as an MBA in Sustainable Business Management from UFF. With over 20 years of experience in environmental, social and governance responsibility, she developed her career across multiple sectors in public, private, and non-profit organizations. In her most recent role, she served as Director of Institutional Relations at the UN Global Compact Network Brazil. Prior to this, she was Executive Director at the Ronald McDonald House Charities Brazil.
Daniela Mignani | Palestrante

The second phase focused on business management (9 Paytv channels) with responsibility for P&L. Active voice for parity and representation of women in the workplace , former member of the Brazilian Committee of UN Women. Currently, Director of Institucional Relations and Communication at CEBDS - Council Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development, linked to WBCSD, World Business Council for Sustainable Development, which promotes sustainable development, together with the largest companies in Brazil.
