Journalist with 30 years of experience, has collaborated with several media vehicles around the world, has an MBA in marketing and a postgraduate degree in Literature. She was a correspondent for the newspaper Advertising Age (USA) for more than 15 years and editor-in-chief of Fast Company Brasil, and is currently a contributor to the newspaper Valor Econômico and curator of the B.Trends content project, from the Binder agency, which includes a quarterly magazine and a podcast. She is a Leo, married and mother of Juliana, 21 years old.

CRISTINA NAUMOVS is a creativity and innovation consultant for brands such as Ambev. Meta/Facebook, Boticário Group, AB-Inbev. Havaianas, among others. CEO of Unah Holding, ecosystem creativity. Cristina has worked in a broad range of newsrooms, including Trip Editora, Cosmopolitan and Folha de São Paulo. She has won Lions in Cannes for campaigns with Stella Artois, Havaianas and Guaraná. She has been part of the jury for One Show, Effie, Clube de Criação, etc.

Marcio Leibovitch | Palestrante

Marcio is a partner at Work & Co and leads the company's design team in Brazil on projects for clients such as Itaú, Vivo, Amazon, among others. Before joining the Work & Co team, he spent 10 years as UX Director in Canada working for Yu Centrik, a company focused on usability and user experience. In addition to leading the team of designers working on their projects, he taught UX practices around the world, in countries such as Denmark, Italy, Russia, India, Portugal and the United States. In Brazil, Marcio worked at Globo.com and on web projects for companies such as Michelin and Ipiranga. Marcio has a degree in Engineering from PUC-RJ and is a professor of the Digital Business MBA at PUC/IAG.
