Nathalia Castro is a veterinarian specialized in Integrative Medicine and has technical training in mechanics. As founder and CTO of Pineal Tecnologias 3D, she leads a team dedicated to manufacturing prosthetics and other custom orthopedic devices for animals, using innovative 3D printing technologies and advanced software. Nathalia also plays an important role as administrative partner at Metalúrgica Matrix Ltda, contributing with her expertise to the company's success. His passion for veterinary medicine and innovation drives his work in search of increasingly effective solutions to improve the health and well-being of people and animals.

Juliana Martinelli was considered one of the most promising young women in Brazil by Forbes Under 30 and was part of the BRICS Young Entrepreneurs Commission. Her work is focused on developing projects for smart and sensitive cities, having spearheaded the development of 3D printing technology in construction in Latin America with InovaHouse3D. Today, in addition to technological development projects, Juliana also plays an important social role, being National Engineering and Innovation Coordinator at the Brazilian Red Cross and Incubation and Acceleration Coordinator at Instituto Multiplicidades.
