Artist, Designer, Mentor/Consultant, and Facilitator: Social Innovation, Cultural Transition, Experience Design, Processes, Dialogues, and Learning. I accompany, design, and implement creative and collaborative processes for new initiatives and products, conflict resolution, and learning sessions. I study human behavior and relationships. I work in organizations that research social transformation, innovation, and the creative, collaborative, and circular economy. Advisor to the FAPERJ Technology Directorate; Coordinator of the Startup Rio and Tecnova programs; Board member of RING; winner of the Latin American "Agua" Challenge by Young Water Solutions, funded by the IDB; and Founder of TOTEM.
Mauricio Hirata | Palestrante
Maurício Hirata Filho is the Investment Director of RioFilme. Throughout his 25-year career dedicated to the audiovisual sector he has held leadership positions in public agencies such as TV Cultura de São Paulo, the Ministry of Culture and ANCINE, among which are: Coordination of the DOCTV Program, Coordination of Television and New Media of SaV/MinC, as well as the Superintendence of Registration and the Executive Secretariat of ANCINE. He also holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of São Paulo

Kim Kaznowski is an integral part of Double Dash Studios, with 10+ years of expertise in Game Developing. Leading the team through 25+ successful projects, including collaborations with renowned partners, Like Cartoon Network and Nintendo, Kim prioritizes both product quality and team well-being. Kim is currently leading two authorial projects at Double Dash, a pocket MMORPG mobile game and a PvPvE Extraction Looter for PC/Consoles, and is looking for partners for the projects.
Michelle Tizuka (Mika) | Palestrante
Geo-archaeologist, game designer, and audio descriptor. I work with assistive technology and accessible cultural products. PhD student in Computer Science at UFF with a focus on game analysis and accessibility in immersive environments. Also, work as an educator and researcher at the Itaipu Archeology Museum (MAI / IBRAM). CEO of Majime Labs, member of INEA/RJ Conservation Unit Councils.
