My name is Felipe Rebelo, I'm graduated in Graphic Design and digital animation and I have been working with visual effects for 15 years. I am currently a partner and visual effects supervisor at Bl3nd, a production company focused on visual effects for the Advertising, TV and cinema markets. Upon becoming a partner in Bl3nd, I was responsible for leveraging and making the production company grow and increase revenue by 4 times, in addition to bringing important clients to the production company's portfolio. We currently serve major players in the Streaming and TV market, working for Netflix, Amazon, Globo and Record

With over 14 years of experience in Visual Effects, Jose Almeida Jr. is currently the Visual Effects Manager at Globo. Previously, he worked at Weta Digital in Wellington, New Zealand, as a Motion R&D Pipeline Developer, where he gained vast knowledge in research, development, and implementation of technologies in the field of visual effects. With a degree in Electronic Engineering from UFRJ and a Master's in Image Processing from COPPE/UFRJ, Jose has led important projects at Globo, implementing agile methodologies for project management in computer graphics.
