Elisa Lucinda is a poet, writer, actress, author of 20 books published so far, founder and president of Instituto Casa Poema which, in partnership with the International Labor Organization, Ford Foundation and Public Ministries across Brazil, develops full citizenship projects , through spoken poetry, for vulnerable groups such as quilombola populations, peripheral youth, teenagers complying with socio-educational measures, the LGBTQIA+ population and other groups. In these 38 years of career, she has achieved a prominent place and received awards, including the Kikito for her lifetime achievement at the Gramado Festival, 2020. Known for popularizing poetry and thinking about society.
