Care is an essential activity that permeates our existence and sociability. Caring for individuals, whether children, elderly, or sick people, constitutes valuable and necessary work that cuts across and affects the lives of most people at some point in their journey. In this panel, representatives from public institutions, private organizations, and civil society will share practices and policies that shed light on this crucial issue. Effective approaches to recognizing, valuing, and supporting care work will be discussed, promoting a more inclusive and humanitarian society.

With a degree and master's degree in Electronic Engineering, he is a specialist in public policies for the family from the International University of Catalonia and currently works in research and government relations. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Paternity Leave Coalition.

My name is Cintia Aleixo. I'm a TV presenter on the Alta Estima program on E! Psychologist, specialist in self-esteem, perinatality and master's degree in psychology. Today I work as a digital influencer (I create content about mental health at @psicologacintiaaleixo and @possíveis_maternas). As the creator and director of UMP - Psychology and Consulting, I develop work for organizations focusing on racial therapeutic intervention, self-esteem, well-being, non-violent communication, affectivity, depression and anxiety. Among my clients are Reserva, Arezzo, YouTube, Nestlé, Loreal, and others. I was a mental health consultant for Coca Cola, having worked with the BlackCo Group from 2020 until 2023.
