Today, at the age of 21, the young man has already attracted the attention of several Brazilian personalities and brands. With a history of more than 20 years as an Executive in global media and technology companies, he worked directly in strategic business planning, leading high-performance teams. Specialized in the entertainment industry, with an emphasis on production, distribution and management of content on digital platforms, including OTT and VOD. As an investor in the creative economy market, he works to promote audiovisual projects. Recognized for their negotiation skills, they continue to build partnerships with artists, content producers and traditional and digital media executives in Latin America.
M.M. Izidoro | Moderador
M.M. is an eclectic creative, he was considered one of the 20 most creative people in the world by AdWeek magazine. He created the mental health platform #EuEstou in partnership with Meta Brasil, the basketball podcast BIG SHOT POD, and many others for HBO, Globoplay, RedBull, and 99. He is the director and screenwriter of the project #AmarEloPrisma with Emicida, the Casa Floresta podcast for the Socio-Environmental Institute, the films "Amaré" and "O Diabo Mora Aqui", the official audiobooks of the Harry Potter Saga in Portuguese, was also a columnist for ECOA, the UOL social good platform, and created and directed the indigenous science fiction audio drama "Eles Estão Aqui" for Globo.
Marina Croce | Palestrante
Marina Croce took over as CEO of Webedia Brazil this year, making her the first woman to hold the position in the company. She is also the first local executive to be chosen to run a subsidiary of Webedia, which has its headquarters in France and operates in more than 15 countries. She has been Deputy CEO since 2020, heading up cross-cutting areas such as audiences and social media, some of the company's main brand services projects, and the group's diversity and inclusion initiatives. With a degree in Law from UERJ, a postgraduate degree in Documentary Film from FGV and an MBA in Management from PUC-Rio, she structured Webedia's legal department in Brazil.
