Recognized for her passion in telling impactful stories to connect brands with their audiences, she has received significant awards in advertising such as Professionals of the Year (Globo) and Contemporary Marketing (ABMN). Currently, she leads the brand, content, and insights strategy for the brands OLX, ZAP e Viva Real, focusing on deeply understanding user needs and driving sustainable growth for brands and businesses.

Além da experiência em agência, passou 2 anos como Head of Marketing do banco digital next,. Hoje Paulo é sócio e CCO da 3C Gaming uma das empresas em destaque no segmento de games e e-sports.
