How can sports go beyond physical performance and competition, acting as a powerful resource that transcends social barriers and promotes inclusion? Whether on the field, court, or track, sports have the power to transform realities and empower communities. In this panel, the first Brazilian fighter to lead the world taekwondo ranking (from 2020 to 2023) and silver medalist in the world championship will talk with the creator of the Girls on the Field project and Director of Football Policies and Promotion of Women's Football and with André Georges, founder and CEO at Play For a Cause, about how they were able, from their own successful trajectories, to develop and drive projects of significant social impact.

Kel Cogliatti | Moderadora
Experienced curator, project manager and creative director, with +15 years of experience that positions her as a reference in the creative industry. Master's degree in Multimedia from the University of Porto, specialized in immersive narratives for social awareness & creative strategy. Graduated in Social Communication (UFRJ), author of the book "O Despertar do Pessoal" and director of the immersive scenic installation "InCômodos", she has coordinated international productions for brands as Discovery, NatGeo, BBC, UN, among others. Also, she was the curator of FICI (International Children's Film Festival), 2022 & 2023. Currently, she`s Head of Programming at RIO2C.
Icaro Miguel | Palestrante
Icaro Miguel, Brazilian, 28, born in Belo Horizonte, athlete, speaker and monocular. He started taekwondo at the age of eight and always dreamed of great achievements. He suffered a domestic accident at the age of six that caused blindness in one of his eyes over the years. Olympic athlete and first Brazilian in history to lead the world and Olympic rankings. André Georges - Play For a Cause | Palestrante
Carioca, son of a teacher, André was a student at a public school in RJ and obtained scholarships to study in traditional schools in the city; Double Degree in Naval Engineering from UFRJ and ENSTA (FR). It was while working in consulting in Spain that he saw his life changing throug an insight during the Barcelona game, thus founding Play For a Cause. In 2020, he was named one of the “20 Inspirational People in their 20s” by the Mckinsey Company; In 2023, he made part of the Forbes Under 30 list, Through Play Fc, his dream is to transform the sport into tools for social impact, making the company a global reference and showing that it is possible to generate profit and impact at the same time.
Sandra Maria dos Santos | Palestrante
Creator of the Brazilian Women's Football Institute, graduated with a Bachelor's and Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, currently studying an MBA in Executive Management and ESG Impact. In his academic background, he has a postgraduate degree in Sports Administration and Marketing, Sports Training, Football, Quality of Life and Well-being. She worked at the Ministry of Sports as director of football policies and promotion of women's football. Her career began in 1999, with experiences in the social, corporate context and in high-performance sports, including the Brazilian Women's Football Team. As a coach, she won the title of Brazilian runner-up in the SUB 17 category with Santos FC in 2022.
