The Dematerialization of Work

Future.U Educação e Trabalho Futuro Tendências Comportamento Arquitetura e Urbanismo

Not long ago, the concept of work was intrinsically linked to a physical location - an office, a headquarters, an address. The simple phrase "I'm going to work" would almost always imply moving from home to that other place. By 2024, the connection between work and a specific physical location has faded, giving way to a process of dematerialization, involving other aspects of this field as well. Despite this evolution, adaptation challenges persist for both professionals and companies. In this dynamic context, the panel will highlight the obstacles and solutions emerging in the creation of environments that foster creativity and productivity, regardless of where they are located - be it at home, in a shared space, or in a traditional office.
