Yael is a cultural entrepreneur and filmmaker, partner of Yael Steiner CINE e CULTURA since 2000 and co-founder of Whe Play + with Teresa Lampreia, since 2022. Brazilian Uruguayan, living in Brazil for 42 years, Yael believes in the transformative power of audiovisual curative narratives, of creative centers that inspire cultural and human protagonism. Currently, Yael is engaged in the development of Latin American Creative Nucleos. Yael is co-founder of WHE PLAY, an observatory of the world based on Latin human Megaphones.
