Tiara Bicalho

Tiara Bicalho has a degree in Production Engineering from UFMG and a master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on strategy and innovation management from the same university. She has more than 10 years of experience in managing technological innovation and financial resources for innovation. She joined Petrobras in 2018 as part of the Innovation in Entrepreneurial Ecosystems team. Today she is the manager of the company's Shared Services innovation area, identifying challenges, testing and implementing technologies in the areas of infrastructure, works, occupation, mobility, contract management, documentation, customer service and asset management.
