Ricardo Chantilly was, for more than 20 years, a music entrepreneur. Responsible for the careers of bands such as Jota Quest, O Rappa, Armandinho, among others. In 2019, he created the AFROGAMES project, the first training center for professional eSports players in a favela in the world. Digital inclusion project that impacted more than a thousand young people in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro. Realizing the growth of the project and the need to expand its actions, it launched DiversiGames, a Hub that crosses ESG and GAMES, with interventions that generate a positive impact for minority groups within the billion-dollar gaming industry.
