Renata holds a degree in Law and an MBA in Marketing from UFRJ. With over 20 years of experience as a strategist for renowned brands across various agencies, her expertise extends to data and technology, gained during her tenure at IBM iX as Head of Consumer Engagement for Latin America. In 2019, she served on the Cannes Lions jury in the Creative E-commerce category and was honored as one of M&M's 5 Women to Watch by M&M. In 2020, she received the Caboré Award in the Planning Professional category. Renata's remarkable journey in the advertising industry culminated in her appointment as CEO of WMcCann in 2024.
