Rebeca Costa is an activist, speaker, Law graduate, and a woman with a disability. She is the creator of the Looklittle project, which positively demystifies issues related to dwarfism through fashion and self-esteem. She has walked as a model at São Paulo Fashion Week and has taught at the Capacitista course on deconstruction by the Chromosome 21 Institute. She presents at Inclusive Congresses, consults on social impact projects, and serves as ambassador and coordinator in the accessibility field for various companies and corporate events, festivals, building actions involving accessibility, innovation, and influencing the job market to see inclusion as power and transformation.
