Rafaella Costa founded the production company Manjericão Filmes and produced independent films that won awards at important festivals around the world. The most recent notable works are the feature films "Power Alley", by Lillah Halla, winner of the Fipresci award at the 62nd Critics' Week at the Cannes Film Festival 2023; and "My Name is Baghdad", by Caru Alves de Souza, awarded the Crystal Bear from Generation 14 Plus at the 70th Berlinale 2020. She is part of the Paradiso Talents Network and acts as executive producer for several Brazilian producers, executing projects in partnership with Disney+, Star+, HBO, Netflix, among others.
