Senior IP expert and mentor at the Brazilian Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) for 22 years, with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's and Ph.D. in Innovation Management. Author of the book on GMOs. She has worked as a patent examiner for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals and coordinated the areas of Patent Analytics, International Affairs and National Partnerships. She created and led INPI's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. After 2 years in Geneva, she developed an AI project and a study on AI in Assistive Technologies. Actively engaged in women's networks, she completed the Global Women in Management course and co-authored the book "Bora Inspirar" on female leadership.
