Nina Bellotto studied film and worked as an assistant director for 10 years. She spent 7 years at Globo as a Project Development Manager, contributing to the formation of script and directing teams, as well as adapting and selling projects to various stakeholders within the company. In 2019, she served as Business Affairs at the production company Matizar. From 2020 to 2023, Nina held the position of Director of Business and Talent at Condé+, leading the Creative and Projects department. In 2023, Nina founded Atena, a company specializing in the representation of creative talents and the management of audiovisual projects.
