Manuela Cantuária is a screenwriter based in Rio de Janeiro. She is the creator and head writer of "As Seguidoras", the first original Paramount+ Brazil TV series. For three years, she was part of Porta dos Fundos' writer's room and wrote sketches that altogether have over thirty-five millions of views on YouTube. Manuela is also a humor columnist in Folha de São Paulo, the best-selling newspaper in the country. She teaches a screenwriting course on the creation of female characters. She has written for several shows for TV and streaming services and has attended the TV Writing Program at Columbia University.
