At Spotify since 2019, Ingrid Esser is now leader of the relationship team with artists, majors, distributors and labels in Brazil with a focus on leveraging artists' releases on the platform. With six years of experience in the music industry, Esser has worked at Warner Music Brasil. Born in Rio de Janeiro and based in the city of São Paulo, she has a degree in advertising from PUC-Rio and has ten years of experience in strategic consultancy and the financial market, working in companies such as Icatu and MJV. Ingrid can comment on the streaming industry, partnerships with artists and record labels, Spotify's educational efforts, trends, consumption and campaigns involving artists.
