Helena Bertho is one of the main Communication and Innovation executives in Brazil. She received the Caboré Award in 2022, the Woman Press Trophy in 2023, the Yes to Racial Equality award in 2021 and was recognized as one of the 100 most influential black people in the world by MIPAD. In 2023, she was invited by the UN Global Compact in Brazil to speak on a panel at CSW67 (Commission on the Status of Women), in New York. Graduated in Advertising, specialist in marketing, held leadership positions in large global companies such as Coca-Cola and L'Oreal. She is currently Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Nubank.
