Passionate about data, technology, and innovation, Sumi has a background in administration, finance, and economics. He aims to break down barriers from data silos and mental blocks by integrating Artificial and Human Intelligence to develop collective intelligence systems. He worked at Ogilvy and Mindshare in London and led digital marketing at Unilever Brazil on projects like Dove Evolution and Omo Dirty is Good. He was the CSO at CUBOCC, founded Kolab, a data-based intelligence center for Coca-Cola, and established FLAGCX in Rio. Today, he leads JOIN', a hub of Creativity and Science within the Dreamers group that uses experimentation to connect predictable pasts with better futures.
