Graduated in Economics from PUC/SP, she built her career leading initiatives that transcend the financial scope. As Head of Venture Building at WIP, where she is a partner, she oversaw various Innovation and EIP (Entertainment Intellectual Properties) projects. Her experience ranges from financial strategies to project management, including the development of new businesses. She has been involved in M&A transactions exceeding R$ 100MM and led research and training for multidisciplinary teams of over 30 employees during her tenure as Head of FP&A. Additionally, she coordinated diverse talent projects for major multinational media and entertainment companies.
