Asfilófio de Oliveira Filho (@dom_filo), better known as Dom Filó, is an engineer, journalist, cultural producer and documentary filmmaker. He created Cultne, the largest digital collection of black culture in Latin America and is the CEO of Cultne TV, the first television 100% dedicated to black culture in Brazil. Mentor of the Black Rio Movement, he was the first black producer hired by the Warner Music record label in 1977, producing artists such as Banda Black Rio, Soul Grand Prix and Carlos Dafé. First black presenter on Brazilian TV. He is an Honorary Citizen of the City of Atlanta / USA, he was listed in the 100 PowerList 2021, as the Most Influential Black Personality in Lusofonia.
