Estela Renner

Screenwriter, Showrunner, director, co-founder, and partner at the Social Impact Entertainment Studio Maria Farinha Films (MFF). Since 2008, MFF has been a leader in impact entertainment throughout Latin America. Estela has created, written, directed, and produced fiction projects and documentaries impacting millions of people, helping to spark changes in public, corporate, and cultural agendas. Among many, Estela wrote and directed the fiction series “Aruanas,” the documentaries “The Beginning of Life” and “Way Beyond Weight,” and is currently writing the English series “Esperanza,” a co-production with Participant.
