Introducing WBD Access, which through development and mentorship programs, opportunities and media exposure, acts as a powerful platform to connect talent from underrepresented groups to our content and brands. This meeting is an opportunity to showcase WBD's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion pipeline programs, such as Untold Black Narratives, and discuss the importance of having global strategies adapted to local needs.

Eduarda Jacundido | Palestrante
Graduated in Economics from PUC/SP, she built her career leading initiatives that transcend the financial scope. As Head of Venture Building at WIP, where she is a partner, she oversaw various Innovation and EIP (Entertainment Intellectual Properties) projects. Her experience ranges from financial strategies to project management, including the development of new businesses. She has been involved in M&A transactions exceeding R$ 100MM and led research and training for multidisciplinary teams of over 30 employees during her tenure as Head of FP&A. Additionally, she coordinated diverse talent projects for major multinational media and entertainment companies.
Grace Moss | Palestrante
Grace Moss is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Warner Bros. Discovery. In this role, she oversees the enterprise’s global efforts to expand the pool of historically-excluded talent and break down barriers through a comprehensive suite of pipeline programs and extensive engagements with prestigious film festivals and creative conferences. Prior to Warner Bros. Discovery, Grace served as the Head of Talent Development & Inclusion for NBC Entertainment. Before coming to NBC, Grace was a Development Executive at the Style Network, and prior to that a freelance reality Producer and Director.
Laís Ribeiro | Palestrante
Wrote and directed Warner Bros Discovery’ short film “Primavera só floreia em solo fértil”. Directed, produced and conceptualised the short film “Atelier”, funded by PROAC in 2023. Worked as production executive assistant on “Sócrates”, a documentary series by Walter Salles and Daniel Lentini, produced by Rodrigo Teixeira. Worked along with film director Petra Costa in the production of two feature films, and also coordinated the production of Paschoal Samora’s “O Espelho de Tarsila”, with photography by Lílis Soares. Screen writer, researcher, and producer for “Por Onde, Vaz?”, a documentary by Naruna Costa, and worked as executive coordinator producer at João Wainer’s newest documentary.
Maristela Zago | Palestrante
Maristela brings over 15 years of experience in Public Relations, she has led projects focused on DEI for renowned brands, such as the global partnership between P&G and the Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as the localization of campaigns like "Play like a girl" and "End Period Poverty" for Always. She coordinated "Muleke da Base" program for Gillette and Desimpedidos, aiming to discover new talent for the largest football channel on YouTube. Joining WBD in 2021, with previous experience at TNT Sports and now serving as the DEI Manager for LATAM/USH, she is responsible for "Black Brazil Unspoken" WBD Access program, and other initiatives aimed at promoting equity in the audiovisual industry.
Robson Dias | Palestrante
Robson Dias is a director, editor, and holds a master's degree in documentary direction from Aix-Marseille Université. Graduated in Cinema from PUC-Rio, he directed the short Pra Inglês Ver, highlighted at the Gramado Festival. In 2015, he directed the second unit of "Surfe na África Oeste" for Canal OFF, before moving to Europe. Specialized at CLCF École de Cinema, he has lived in Europe for the past ten years, working in France, Germany, and Italy. He co-directed the documentary "Eu Ouvi o Chamado do Manto", about the return of the Tupinambá cloaks to Brazil. Camila Pitanga | Palestrante
Camila Pitanga is an actress and director with more than 40 characters across cinema, theater and television. Graduated in Performing Arts from UNIRIO, she won the best actress award at the Rio Festival with the feature Eu Receiver as Piores Notícias de Seu Lindos Lábios (2011). She directed, alongside Beto Brant, the documentary Pitanga (2017), winner of the Best Brazilian Film award at the 40th São Paulo Film Festival. After almost 20 years of a professional contract with Rede Globo, signed with WBD-Max, where, in addition to working in new productions, she embraces projects as executive producer and creator.
