With 12 years of experience in mkt, programming and content curation, Leonora is Born in Goiânia and has a degree in Communication. She began her career as a mkt executive in consumer goods and at TV Globo led areas of Intelligence, Content Curation and Rights & Events. Since 2019, she leads the programming of one of the largest television networks in the world and since 2020 has also taken on the leadership of Marketing, being responsible for managing the TV Globo brand and for launching and promoting more than 85 premieres in the channel portfolio, through 19 simultaneous campaigns running daily and a community of 52MM followers that add up to more than 178MM interactions on social media profiles.

In a career spanning more than 25 years, Ana Eliza has progressed from on-the-ground project engineering to overseeing wide-ranging regulatory issues and is currently senior regulatory manager at Latin America’s largest media group, Globo. Amid her succession of roles, she served as technical director of the Brazilian Society of Television Engineering, and held various management positions in the area of telecommunications. She has contributed to ITU activities for two decades and actively participated in World Radiocommunication Conferences since 2007. She holds a Master's degree in Video Compression, an MBA in Management and an MBA in Telecommunications.
Leandro Gejfinbein | Palestrante
Over 25 years in the creation of digital products, with a focus on Design, Product and Strategy. Today he is Director of User Experience at Globo, leading the UX Design and Research teams, which work on all the company's digital products and platforms, including Globoplay, G1, Ge, Home, as well as designing the new TV3.0 experience. He has a degree in Social Communication, a specialization in Psychology and a Master's in Design.
