Bernard has a Bachelor Degree in Marketing issued by ESPM since 1992. He became a serial entrepreneur, building several Startups and joined VR Group in 2011 for building its VR practice. Today, runs VR Investments a VC Offshore operation with hundreds of investments in Israel, Europe, Asia, USA and LATAM, he acts as Innovastion Curator at Rio2C and is Member of the Board of Governors at Hebrew University of Jerusalem .

Guy Israeli is the Managing Director of Techstars Tel Aviv. Guy is an experienced tech entrepreneur and investment professional having spent 12+ years in building ventures as an entrepreneur and as an investor. Guy has been active in the venture space across various emerging and developed markets and became an expert of building global ventures. His experience over the past stems from serving as founder CEO, Business development, a venture capital investor and an advisor to various investors and entrepreneurs. He gained much experience in growing ventures internationally in various markets in Europe, Latin America and the US doing so with financials, strategy and growth execution.
Alberto Villela | Palestrante
Graduated (1984) in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). MSc. (2009) and PhD (2014) in Energy Planning at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Professor of Environmental Technologies at PUC-Rio. Main lines of research: intelligent digital technologies for irrigated crops , GHG emission inventories, carbon emissions from land use change, water-energy-food nexus.
