The transformation of a brand to a more sustainable production model goes beyond simple rebranding, which simply aims to win over the consumer. While one may involve superficial changes to the brand's image, the other involves fundamentally redesigning production processes, incorporating more ethical and responsible practices at every stage. Sustainability is a long-term commitment to the environment and society. This fundamental difference reflects the need for concrete actions towards a more regenerative future, rather than simply following market trends.

Lígia Sato is the Sustainability and Environment Manager at LATAM Airlines Brasil. Since joining the company in 2010, she has also worked in Press Relations and Institutional Relations. In addition, she is part of the Advisory Board of UNESCO SOST - Transcriativa as a mentor for the Intellectual Capital Tourism lens and is a Volunteer Advisor to the Cuidare Institute. Advertising graduate from the University of São Paulo, she has a postgraduate degree in Journalistic Communication from Cásper Líbero, Administration and Event Organization from Senac, and an MBA in Business Communication Management from Aberje. Currently, she is studying Aviation Management at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Graduated from ESPM, began his career at the agency Publicis. Worked on strategies for brands at TV Globo and created the custom projects dept at Globosat channels. Carried out the repositioning of the GNT channel. At Time Warner, he worked with content and brand projects on Cartoon, TNT and CNN channels and was director of Fashion TV. He served on the committee of the State Department of Culture. He took over as CEO of Vice Media in Brazil. He was a director at Yunus Social Business, a multinational that accelerates impact businesses. He was recently CEO of 1.2.3.5.8 shared value marketing, creating projects for brands, focused on ESG. He is a consultant and project developer in the same market.

He has more than 15 years of experience, working in the areas of Internal Communications, Marketing at GloboNews and currently in the Social Value area at Globo.
