Juliano holds a Ph.D. in Ocean Sciences from UCSC and a Master of Environmental Science and Management from UCSB. His work, fueled by a passion for equitable and sustainable solutions, has been recognized in notable publications, including studies on VR for community engagement and environmental justice for UNEP.

Senior Consultant and Head of New Business of More Diversity, Luana is a speaker, journalist, post graduate in broadcasting and new media and master in Inclusive Communication from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, in Portugal. For more than 10 years he has been working in the management and design of inclusive communication projects for TV channels, cinema, museums, events, cultural spaces and digital platforms. Currently it serves multinational and national companies in the implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, having supported companies such as Gerdau, Einstein, Arcelor Mittal, Soma Group, Africa Agency, Bloomin Brands, Supera Farma, Chubb, among others.
