Fábio Aleixo | Palestrante
Fábio Aleixo is Brazilian and producer of Canal RT en Español for six years. He is based in Moscow. He has worked for major Brazilian outlets such as LANCE!, UOL, Folha de S.Paulo, the outlet through which he covered the World Cup in Russia before settling definitively in the Slavic country. He also works with social media, having developed work for UEFA and FIFA. He has experience covering major events in both political and sports areas.
Aliana Nieves | Palestrante
Aliana Nieves is one of RT en Español's most prominent and recognized journalists. During her 10 years of work on this channel, she interviewed several heads of state, worked as a special envoy in points of conflict and made a long list of documentaries on topics relevant to Latin America and the world. As a member of the Kremlin “pool”, she was present at the G20 coverage in Argentina, Japan and Indonesia; in talks between US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Geneva in early 2022; among other events.
Marina Toledo | Palestrante
Marina Toledo has been part of the RT en Español team for 13 years. She is responsible for the program creation area, documentaries and special projects. She develops content in the areas of creativity and audiovisual.
Michele de Mello | Palestrante
Michele de Mello is a journalist and is studying for a master's degree in the Latin American Integration Program (PROLAM - USP). With experience in various audiovisual fields, she directed the documentary "Isolated: Cuba and the USA from blockade to reapprochement" (2015) and "San Agustín: afrovenezuelan culture" (2021). She has worked in television writing and production for Telesur, HispanTV and Brasil de Fato. She has been a correspondent for RT en Español in Brazil since 2023, producing reports, interview programs and documentaries. He has taken part in special coverage such as the BRICS Summit, the G20 foreign ministers' meeting and elections in various countries.
Alexander Luchaninov | Palestrante
Alexander Luchaninov joined RT in August 2005. He worked as a broadcast journalist, correspondent and documentary maker on RT International in English. Since 2009 Alexander is one of top managers of RT en Español working as Programming Director and Deputy Head. His main responsibility is Programming Strategy of the world´s most viewed Spanish-speaking international news TV channel.
