Executive producer of movies and TV shows for 15 years in the market, working as executive producer of the animation series "Sitio do Picapau Amarelo - 1a temp." (TV Globo and Cartoon) and "Escola Pra Cachorro- 2nd temp." (Nick and TV Cultura), "Planeta Palavra" and the live action series "Detetives do Predio Azul (DPA)" (Gloob), "Julie e Os Fantasmas" (Band and Nickelodeon) - Emmy Nominee 2014, and "Brilhante FC" (TV Brasil and Nick ) and "Elected" (Amazon). Associate producer on the three films in the DPA franchise. Currently Executive Director of Entertainment at Conspiração Filmes in charge of Kids & Family and Movies department.

Marcelo Calero is a lawyer, a career diplomat, has a master’s degree and an ongoing PhD in Political Science at Iesp/Uerj. In the 2018 elections, he was elected federal deputy for the State of Rio, with over 50,000 votes. Transferred to the City of Rio (2013), Calero was assistant coordinator of Foreign Affairs, president of the Rio450 Committee, and Secretary of Culture. In 2016, he was Minister of State for Culture (May-Nov), when he resigned after denouncing pressure to review a technical report unfavorable to the personal interests of a high-level Brazilian official. He will occupy the role of Secretary of Government and Public Integrity of the City of Rio (2021-2022), when he resumed his mandate.

Journalist and Master in History, Politics and Cultural Heritage. He is currently a Strategic Communications Consultant at Rio City Hall and professor of the Postgraduate Course in Politics & Society at IESP/City Archive. He has 22 years of experience in Journalism and Public Relations. He began his career as a journalist at Globo TV, where he worked for 7 years covering politics. He coordinated the Communication and Press department of Rio City Hall from 2009 to 2016, being responsible for the city's communications strategy for major events, such as the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics. From 2018 to 2022, he was director at FSB Comunicação, PR agency that is the leader in Latin America.
