Lyara Oliveira | Moderadora
Creator, producer, teacher, researcher and project manager, with more than 20 years’ experience in the a.udiovisual sector. She currently holds the position of President and CEO at Spcine - Company of the City of São Paulo responsible for the development, financing and implementation of programs and policies for the film, TV, games, and new media sectors. Today she is a PhD student of Media and Audiovisual Processes at the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP), with a research on audiovisual medium and virtual reality. She currently teaches at ESPM at Film and Audiovisual Course and is guest professor at the Postgraduate Film Program at FAAP
Aline Oliveira | Palestrante
Aline Oliveira, graduated from the Interior Design Technologist – FMU and Scenography Technician at Instituto Criar TV, Cinema e Novas Mídias. First female stage manager on TV Cultura. Winner of the Short at Home (2020), created by Instituto Criar and Paradiso, with the short “ConViver”. Coordinator of Spcine and part of the audiovisual collective “Às Margens do Território”, where she serves as art director in its productions, the collective was awarded in 2021 with the project “Foca Aqui” in the VAI I notice and in 2022 in the 2nd notice of Multiple Languages ??with the short “Transmutação”, also from the Department of Culture.
Julia Biaggioli | Palestrante
ECOAR
Popular artist, peripheral communicator and cultural producer, she is 25 years old and comes from Parelheiros. Born into a family of clowns, she found communication as another tool to express art, identity and culture in the world. Created by social movements and collectives, he founded ECOAR, a production company that strengthens peripheral and/or social impact businesses through communication and multimedia production.

Artist, music producer and cultural producer, lives in the north of SP in Jaçanã, is co-founder of the production company Ruído Roxo, together with Richard Jeoshuah. He is also MC and co-founder of the rap group Templo Negro, audiovisual producer in the group (Mulungú Cultural). Graduated in Electronic Music Production from Anhembi Morumbi (ProUni 2017-18), he was from Coletivo Estética Urbana between (2017-2021), Jovem Monitor Cultural at Casarão da Vila Guilherme (2019-2021), Parliamentary advisor at ALESP/SP on Bancada Ativista in 2022 and Artist Educator in the PIÁ Program (2023) and Território Hip-Hop Program (2023), territorial curator of Mês do Hip-Hop (2024)
