Public relations professional for 13 years, Thiessa Torres began her career as a social columnist at Jornal O Município. For 3 years, she served as Marketing Director at T&G Comunicação, where she spearheaded the planning and development of new business ventures for the company, as well as overseeing the communication/management of artists such as MV Bill, MC Soffia, Dois Africanos, MC Soffia, Racionais (30th Anniversary Tour), among others. During this period, she also worked as a public relations specialist at Flow Creative Core, contributing to projects like Sofar Sounds and Spotify Talks. For the past 7 years, she has led the public relations team at ONErpm, nurturing relationships with artists.
Arthur Fitzgibbon | Palestrante
Arthur Fitzgibbon has been president of ONErpm in Brazil for 13 years, founder of Thurbo Music and postgraduate professor in Music Business and Marketing. With more than 25 years dedicated to the Brazilian music market, with stints at Universal Music, Polygram, Abril Music, EMI Music and Kuarup. He was an artist manager, executive producer of more than 300 albums, radio host, marketing and communications professor, nominated twice as "International Power Player by Billboard and today his focus is dedicated to integrated development of the digital music market.
Helio Motta | Palestrante
Graduated in Administration at Ibmec and Postgraduate in Entertainment Management at ESPN. He has been involved in Rio Carnival for 23 years, being president of Edimusa (Recorder and Publisher formed by the Samba Schools) and director of institutional relations at LIESA (Independent League of Samba Schools), where he has also served as vice-president and commercial director.
