He’s been working in the audiovisual industry for 17 years and in recent years has been dedicating himself to public management, thinking about moves within public policies that stimulate the audiovisual market and its socioeconomic chain. Among them the implementation and management until the end of 2019, of the São Paulo Film Commission. He's been a consultant for the United Nations Development Program, in a Technical Cooperation Project with the Ministry of Economy, for matters related to public policies for the audiovisual industry and currently coordinates Rio Film Commission thinking of further enhancing the City of Rio de Janeiro as a destination for audiovisual productions.

Executive Director at Conspiração Filmes, focusing on fiction series and international co-productions. She produced Dom III, Um Contra Todos (EMMY 2018), Magnifica, and the films Under Pressure, Nise: The Heart of Madness (Tokyo Award 2016). She produced the documentaries Pindorama (IDFA 2007), Simonal, Herbert de Perto (BAFICI 11), Serra Pelada, Democracy in Black and White, and the TV programs Sangue Latino - Cuba and Argentina, and DPA. She holds a degree in Economics from UFRJ, specialized in Cinema and TV at FGV, and completed an Executive MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral. She worked as an artistic manager at Globo Studios and has collaborated with various production companies over the years.
