Institutional presentation of RioFilme and the Rio Film Commission, our services, our goals, and a review of the achievements of this administration. We will also discuss the city's potential as a cinematic destination, based on its already-established infrastructure and the anticipation of what lies ahead to make Rio even more attractive to national and international productions.

Daniel Celli | Palestrante
He’s been working in the audiovisual industry for 17 years and in recent years has been dedicating himself to public management, thinking about moves within public policies that stimulate the audiovisual market and its socioeconomic chain. Among them the implementation and management until the end of 2019, of the São Paulo Film Commission. He's been a consultant for the United Nations Development Program, in a Technical Cooperation Project with the Ministry of Economy, for matters related to public policies for the audiovisual industry and currently coordinates Rio Film Commission thinking of further enhancing the City of Rio de Janeiro as a destination for audiovisual productions.
Mauricio Hirata | Palestrante
Maurício Hirata Filho is the Investment Director of RioFilme. Throughout his 25-year career dedicated to the audiovisual sector he has held leadership positions in public agencies such as TV Cultura de São Paulo, the Ministry of Culture and ANCINE, among which are: Coordination of the DOCTV Program, Coordination of Television and New Media of SaV/MinC, as well as the Superintendence of Registration and the Executive Secretariat of ANCINE. He also holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of São Paulo
Roberta Werner | Palestrante
Roberta Werner is a specialist in Marketing and graduated in Tourism. With more than 25 years of experience, the executive has worked at major hotels, such as Copacabana Palace, Sofitel, and Fasano. She is currently the Executive Director of Visit Rio and is primarily responsible for promoting the city of Rio de Janeiro.
