Kiki Moretti is the founder and CEO of Grupo In Press, an Omnicom holding company of PR and specialized services agencies in Brazil, ranked #2 in the country. She leads brands such as InPress Porter Novelli and FleishmanHillard. Voted the most admired agency executive in the market in PR SCOPE 2023, the main study on the PR sector, she was chosen by the Omnicom Group to lead Omniwomen Brazil, a program that encourages greater female presence in leadership positions within the holding company. She served as a PR judge at Cannes Lions 2015 and was elected Women to Watch 2017 by Meio & Mensagem. Currently, she leads a team of over 700 employees, with 73% of leadership positions held by women.
Pâmela Vaiano | Palestrante
Pâmela Vaiano, partner and Superintendent of Corporate Comms at Itaú Unibanco, is a journalist and has been working in communication for more than 20 years. She has developed her career in healthcare companies, such as Novartis, J&J and GSK, where she led reputation, stakeholder relations, advocacy and social responsibility projects, impacting patient care in Brazil and Latin America. For four years, she immersed herself in the universe of start-ups, making communication a lever of reputation and engagement with the community. Pâmela has a postgraduate degree in Globalization and Culture from FESPSP; holds an MBA from FIPE; and a specialization in Economics from Pierre Mendès University in France.
Regina Maia | Palestrante
Regina Maia is a corporate communication executive with over 25 years of experience, starting in journalism and advancing to leadership roles at iFood, Grupo Carrefour Brasil, British American Tobacco, and Raízen. She also led Instituto Souza Cruz and was named "Communicator of the Year" by Aberje in 2019. Her expertise spans internal communication, digital, media relations, crisis management, and sustainability. Regina holds a Journalism degree from PUC/SP, an MBA from FGV, and has completed advanced programs in governance, innovation, and sustainability at institutions like Tel-Aviv University, IBGC, and Saint Paul Business School.
