This panel highlights the journey of athletes who masterfully navigated career adaptability. We will explore the narratives and trajectories of champions Bia Figueiredo - the first Brazilian to race in a top category of world motorsport, Formula Indy - and Virna Dias - Olympic medalist and four-time Grand Prix champion - who successfully reinvented themselves, sharing tips on how to overcome sporting challenges to achieve success in different sporting categories and/or off the court. This discussion moderated by journalist Carol Barcellos will delve into the transformative experiences of these icons, where resilience and determination shaped new paths of achievement.

Bia Figueiredo | Palestrante

The first Brazilian woman to race in a top category of world motorsport, the IndyCar Series. She is the first woman in the world to win in the Firestone Indy Lights, Formula Renault, and now in the Copa Truck. Bia began her career at the age of 8 and celebrates 27 years in the sport in 2021. After taking time off the tracks in 2020 and 2021 due to motherhood, in 2022 she returned to racing in the TCR South America. In 2023, she made her debut in the Copa Truck and in July became the first woman to win in the category. She is also the president of the Women's Motorsport Commission, a representative of the FIA, a partner at Forte agency, and a commentator for the IndyCar Series on TV Cultura.

Virna Dias | Palestrante

Virna Dias, better known simply as "Virna". Born in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. She wore the Brazilian volleyball team jersey for 13 years, participating in 3 Olympics and winning 2 Olympic medals. Champion of the Pan American Games in Winnipeg, four-time Grand Prix champion (94/96/98/2004), twice MVP: in '96 and '99. In her club career, she had a victorious trajectory, playing for major clubs in Brazil and Italy, winning Superligas, South American championships, and European cups. In 1999, Virna was elected the best volleyball player in the world. Woman, mother, and one of the greatest athletes in the country's history.
